Er war zuletzt als Commercial Director, Key Account Sales & Solutions, Northern Europe für FreeWheel und als Geschäftsführer für Comcast International tätig. Dohmen ist seit Juni 2016 Vorsitzender der Fokusgruppe Bewegtbild im BVDW.
